Great place, was perfect for our family of 5. Close to downtown blue ridge, as described. Kitchen is well equipped. The host was very responsive with any communication. In the listing the low ceilings on the second floor are as described, our children were able to bathe/shower upstairs, but I do not think this would be practice for most adults (only con). Beds were super comfy. Overall great place!

Location, size and amenities made "The Little Farmhouse" the perfect spot for our stay in Morganton. The check-in process was explained step by step and Mary was very quick to communicate and responded quickly.

Very good place to stay at. The upstairs felt very cramped because of the low ceilings though. Besides that it was great!
