Large and well equipped farm house perfectly situated for walking. Plenty of storage and a large hall for shoes and coats. kitchen well equipped with washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. Loads of maps and books on the local area. Amanda the caretaker was very helpful. The walks to cot valley and Cape Cornwall are from the door and beautiful. The coastal path towards Lands End is stunning. St Just is a 10/15 min walk and has a decent Coop and green grocer's as well as many cafes. The Cook Book cafe does a wonderful brunch! Tesco deliver to the house. The only improvements would be a smart TV and a decent washing line!

Beautiful and very well equipped cottage. Spacious enough for my family of 6. Would have no issues about rebooking. Thank you for letting us stay.

This is a wonderfully placed house near some of the best coastal walks, even from the door. The kitchen and living room are both spacious, with high ceilings and lots of light. The wood burning stove was perfect for a chilly evening. We felt really comfortable in the place and would return!
