We absolutely loved our stay! The space was everything we could ask for. The golf cart made getting around easy, the views were amazing, the rooms are spacious. The condo is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to Avalon. Our families had a blast! Definitely recommend this place.

This Hamilton cove condo was well equipped and nicely updated especially for the complex. We had friends staying in two other condos and ours definitely had the nicest interior and was the only one with laundry inside the unit. The golf cart it comes with is super nice too and provided such a fun was to get around Catalina. My only negative feedback would be that the front door is difficult to open from the outside and the cupboard with pans and other kitchen gadgets was a bit out of sorts. Neither of these things affected our stay much and we had a great time and would definitely stay there again.

We stayed for Thanksgiving with our large family of 7 and it was everything we could’ve asked for and more. Hamilton cove is beautiful and secluded from the hustle and bustle of the town with tons of family activities right outside within walking distance. We will definitely stay here again, the kids are already asking to go back!

Hamilton Cove is a beautiful place with a short, scenic drive to the town. This condo is in a good location but needs updating. It does not *comfortably* sleep six. The pull out beds are very thin, old mattresses with stains and you can feel the metal bar in your back. We had to put one person on the couch and use the air mattress for the other. There were no pool towels, broken blinds throughout and sink in master wouldn’t drain. The electrical kept tripping and we had to call maintenance multiple times to get the lights and outlets working properly. The screen in the window of master has a huge hole, there’s no bathroom door in master and all showers are glass so no privacy if you’re with roommates, broken kitchen drawer, and second bedroom mattress wasn’t on the bed frame. The golf cart gas gage is broken and had flat tire when we arrived. It’s very old golf cart - noisy and bad smell of gas. With the right maintenance and upgrades, this could easily be a great place.

Good location & all instructions good. Front door was unlocked upon arrival (reason is you cannot lock it from the outside with the key. (It does lock from inside). Spacious condo, great balcony & view (distant). Overall condo considerably run down & does not appear they are keeping it well maintained. There were four of us for our stay & at a cost of $800/ night the condo is not the nicest. Broken items that did not appear recent. Broken drawer in kitchen was a hazard. Could only use half the toaster as one side had a missing lever. Overall kitchen surfaces did not feel well cleaned. Drawers very disorganized. Only half roll toilet paper in one bathroom, none in 2nd bathroom. Primary bedroom window screen bent & very large hole so could not keep window open as bugs came through. Missing tiles in bathroom floor, rain shower head broken, missing piece & could not use. Poor value for high cost. Would gladly pay if condo was well maintained. Gave feedback to owner w/o response.
