We loved staying at this apartment and couldn’t imagine staying by anywhere else in Mexico City. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet at night, but we felt safe walking around. Staff was friendly and gave great recs for local restaurants. Apartment is cleaned daily. Huge plus is that they give you water bottles daily and the apartment has its own filtered water and ice. Would not stay anywhere else next time we’re in Mexico City!

Third time staying here because it’s my favorite place to relax when in Mexico City. I love the quiet neighborhood. Also, the apartment service is above & beyond. Always grateful to the staff for their care.

I love the apartment. Front desk and security are terrific. This was the second time I stayed there. My only complaint is that the housekeeping service was inconsistent. While the apartment was rented for 2 people, I was constantly asking for additional towels as the housekeeper only left towels for one person. Also, was inconsistent with water bottle in bathroom being replaced. I just purchased my own water myself. It was too exhausting to have to continually ask for either towels or the water to be replaced. Honestly this stressed me so much I may not stay there again unless management does something to ensure there are sufficient towels for 2 people. Very stressful when you get in the shower only to learn there was no towel for the second person.

Our stay at this penthouse in Mexico City was exceptional. Located within walking distance of Reforma and major attractions, it offered a lovely escape from the city's hustle and bustle. The daily cleaning service and attentive staff gave it a boutique hotel feel, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free experience. The apartment itself was a delight. The rooftop terrace was great, providing a unique indoor-outdoor living space, ideal for the city’s climate. The bedroom was cosy, and well-air-conditioned, and the overall amenities, including a well-equipped kitchen, made our stay convenient and luxurious. It was a fantastic blend of comfort, style, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for anyone visiting Mexico City. Overall, *highly* recommended!
