Great stay for our family of four at Carillon. Colleen was extremely helpful and communicative throughout our stay.

Colleen was proactive in talking with us before our trip. Her place was very clean and well equipped with all we needed to make our stay comfortable. There is plenty to do in the area, shopping, restaurants etc. The beach was beautiful with clean white sand and clear water. We would recommend Colleen’s place to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay at Colleen’s place. It was a good base for us to explore Rosemary Beach & the 30A area. Carillon felt safe & had a nice, family feel. Colleen was helpful throughout our stay & very responsive. Unfortunately there was extensive building works taking place in our building & in the Carillon Resort. It was noisy & unsightly. Had we known there was building work we would not have chosen to stay there. We were really disappointed not to have been made aware of this. The pool areas were quiet, but they were tired & in some places a bit mucky, band aids on the floor, cushions (at beach pool) with food and drink stains. There was no toilet at the beach pool & nowhere to buy a drink. The sunbeds on the beach can’t be hired. You can hire wooden deck chairs & umbrellas for $50/day. The apartment was comfortable, there were plenty of towels, but it didn’t look as nice as the pictures. The coffee shop & bar on site were great but you need a car to get to other restaurants.

Colleen was a top notch host. We visited PCB to celebrate a huge milestone for my wife. We needed/wanted a quiet and relaxing few days and that is exactly what we had! Colleen gave great details on how to check-in and area attractions. The location was perfect, the community was amazing and the short walk over to the beach was amazing. We will definitely be going back to visit and Colleen will be our first contact.
