This house is located perfectly, at 5 minutes walk from the beach. The house itself is very well presented, with lots of interesting design features. The outdoor is also great, with a pool, hot tub, BBQ and dining table. Matt and Valerie were super helpful and flexible with us.

Absolutely loved our stay at Matt’s place! Beautiful home in a convenient location. Perfect for a larger group, with plenty of bathrooms, seating (indoor and outdoor), a stocked kitchen, etc. The fireplace and pool area were both such great spots to relax, hang out and catch up. Great to have someone meet us on arrival to show us around and host was very responsive with any questions. Would highly recommend to anyone!

My family had a wonderful stay at Matt’s Solana Beach house. We were looking for a place that would comfortably hold 5 of us and this was just perfect. We enjoyed how easy it was to get to off the 5. There were plenty of restaurants in the area. The ocean views were as advertised, and we were able to enjoy the pool, hot tub, and fireplace for our entire stay. Would definitely recommend Matt’s place to anyone that is looking in the area.
