We have had many great experiences with AirBnB rental facilities and their owners in the past, but this was the first time we had to work through a 3rd party, Evolve management company, and it was not a good experience. The AirBnB ad stated wifi was included, but it was not (although the neighbor knew the password and helped us). We only needed the bedrooms and bath as most of our time was with family. Unfortunately the bed mattresses were wrapped in plastic which made sleep difficult; the sheets and pillowcases smelled; and the pillows were stained. The closets were so filled with bedding and other items they were unusable. The bath was very small with the toilet opposite the sink so close that your knees touched when sitting. The shower tub was slippery and difficult to access because of the high rim. The house had many electronic controls but no instructions in how to adjust the thermostat or use the TV. The price of $188/nite actually came to $303 w/fees. Not worth the price.
LOVE IT!!! Everything I wanted. This made my stay so peaceful and amazing!
