This was my first time at an airbnb and first solo hiking trip. Scott and his wife made me feel very welcomed and safe and was able to answer any questions I had. They gave great recommendations on hiking trails, activities and restaurants. They were willing to give me space if I wanted to do my own thing and I also enjoyed their company, especially sitting out on their main deck talking. Getting to the airbnb was super easy with Scotts instructions and easy to get into. The apartment was very cozy and the porch had a beautiful scenery. I highly recommend their place, I will definitely be visiting again!

It was a womderful stay, and Scott was a very responsive host. Our favorite thing was being able to make a cup of coffee to enjoy with the view in the morning.

My husband and I visited Hot Springs for the first time and enjoyed our stay! You can’t beat the view and the peacefulness surrounding the house. Steep decline/incline to get to your room and out, but nothing unmanageable. Had pretty much everything you need and was clean. Bed was very soft but comfortable. No central A/C but the unit in the wall was enough to keep us comfortable with the help of fans too. It was a 20ish min drive to downtown. Scott was proactive in reaching out to us to make sure we made it in okay and ask if we needed anything. He also gave us plenty of recommendations of hikes, eats, etc. Would definitely stay here again in the future and recommend staying at Scott’s place for a nice getaway in the mountains that’s also close enough to the busy downtown area!

This is our second time staying in Scott’s home, this time it was for my birthday & once again it was an incredible weekend getaway! They have tons of recommendations, the place is very peaceful. Also as an added bonus we got to see the northern lights ! It was an incredible experience and we hope to stay there again next year.
