Our family gathered in this lovely place to catch up with each other and view the solar eclipse! We loved the wood floors, built-in cupboards, eclectic collection of wall art and room to spread out and to be together! Everyone reported comfy beds and the linens were of high quality. The cozy kitchen had literally everything for cooking and serving so all we had to do was bring our own “chefs”. I could have sat on the back porch taking in the view for days. Already wondering how we can manage to return someday! Thank you Misha and Randy for your hospitality and for bringing us extra eclipse viewing chairs! It was memorable!

What a wonderful place!! Near the end of a dead-end street, so we noticed very little traffic. And the view!! The listing pictures don't do it justice! We really enjoyed hanging out on the porch in the morning, watching the sunrise and planning the day's activities. The location is great, easy access to all of the Lake Champlain area, both NY and VT. Would definitely book again!!

Absolutely beautiful Home and view. The home had everything we needed for the weekend and was close to our friend’s home that we were visiting. Randy met us within minutes of our arrival and made sure we had everything we needed. There’s a lot of space for a family to stay and the back porch is amazing with the beautiful views of the lake and the sunrises. We will definitely be back!

The views from the home are spectacular. The attention to detail is amazing. There were more than enough kitchen and bathroom supplies provided. It is our favorite air BNB home. We still see things in the home that catch our eye as the artistic items and decorations were tasteful and unique. We met the owner as he is doing another home remodel in the area. Gave us a good history of home and good local ideas. We went for my father’s Memorial and we felt his presence on the big expansive porch while watching a cloud rainbow float across the sky as we toasted my dad. He would have lived the view of the lake where he fished and swam. Andrea
