We love staying at this chalet and are mulit time returners! It is perfectly located for Dartmouth and the surrounding areas. We love the views of the countryside and the estuary. Phill and Sue are responsive, helpful and the place is clean, secure and spacious for our needs.

I reserved Phils place at short notice for my visiting family, i wasnt let down. There were some initial availability confusion due to the weekend, however Phil quickly got in touch and smoothed everything over! Thoroughly recommended!

It was one of the most beautiful vacations we have had. First of all Phil is very approachable and is very quick in his responses. The place is so warm, welcoming and comfortable that we instantly felt home. Everything in the place is thoughtfully placed and maintained. It’s squeaky clean and you will find everything you need for your stay. The beds are comfortable and sufficient for family of 5 to be accommodated in terms of sleeping arrangements. We were 3 people so we had more than sufficient place to sleep. The location is beautiful and all the necessary utilities/ groceries can be found in Sainsbury’s or Aldi which is 3 mins drive. The city centre and most of the attractions are around 10-15 mins drive. So it’s ideal if you have your own car. We didn’t try cabs but there are couple of options in terms of local cabs service. You will find a welcome pack and all necessary information for your vacation and things to do made available by the host. Very happy that we chose this stay.

Fantastic stay. Fantastic friendly and helpful communication (particularly brilliant when I had an issue which was my fault). Chalet is exactly as advertised and is homely, immaculate and perfect for a holiday just outside of Dartmouth town centre. Parking great. Good price. Would 100% recommend and will be staying again.
