Great place with lots to do! We hope to stay again!

Great little neighborhood with fun family activities and lots to do outdoors. The home was clean, comfortable, and cozy. Parking can be challenging if you have more than one car for this location, but there’s an walkable overflow lot. The homes are close together and when the rentals are booked, there’s not a lot of outdoor privacy. But this community can’t be beat for a safe family area for swimming, fishing, nature, and hitting the beach. In fact, it’s proximity to the beach and great boardwalk may be one of the best features. My 6-year-old niece asked me if I could “live there forever” (“no”) and “stay here next time I’m home (“yes”). I had a wonderful time making memories with my family that I don’t get to see often as I live 2000 miles away.

Loved Beachwalk. House was clean but not pristine which was good as we brought kids. Original door code did not work so we had to call host and have it reset which took about 20 minutes. Nice heated pool, great fishing. No fishing pole rental so had to go into town to get poles- they originally told us at check- in we could rent poles. Short walk to Lake Michigan. Only negative is the city of Michigan city was quite dingy and run down; however beachwalk was beautiful!

Such a fun stay. The house was clean and lovely. Close to the beach. Beachwalk is such a fun little neighborhood too. Strongly recommend

Such a cute area. Great to walk around the neighborhood and down to the beach at Lake Michigan as well as the smaller Lake. They had a really cute playground in the community as well. The house itself was cute. The room upstairs has an opening at the top of the stairs so it wasn’t ideal for bedtime for a toddler. Wasn’t a deal breaker either though. We’ll definitely book again.
