We had great stay at their house. The room was great, but our favorite thing was the view from the window.
Gail and Doug's place was spacious, comfortable and had great views of the mountain. While a little too far to walk in ski boots to the lifts for us, was just a short drive, with easy parking. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen very well equipped, both of which we really appreciated. Thank you both for another great trip to our favourite ski mountain!
great place! really cute :) I did feel like the check out process was a little long with having to take the garbage and recycling out to the depot nearby but the place was very clean and cozy, and Gail and Doug were very easy to communicate with
We have been going to Clearview at Apex for over 30 years and have stayed at Doug & Gail’s place many times. Great, spacious condo with an amazing view, just a short walk to the ski hill. Apex is the perfect family mountain - short lines, green to double black runs, great snow, multitude of things to do for all ages. Longshot Restaurant was wonderful (fancier dinner), as is the Gunbarrel for lunch/apres, and the Edge Bistro for cinnamon buns. The outdoor skating loop through the trees is a cool evening activity.
We had a great few days at Apex - Gail and Doug’s place is a short walk in ski boots to the lifts, snowshoe trails and a 10 min drive to amazing Nordic trails! The condo itself is probably the best appointed with quality cookware, spices and everything you could want in the kitchen. Many thanks for the wonderful hospitality!

We enjoy travelling abroad and exploring the back country within British Columbia. Favourite place within the province is the Okanagan Valley. (Penticton specifically). Enjoy the changing seasons and hiking, biking and snow shoeing. Hate city grid lock and seek every opportunity to escape town. Cant live without dark chocolate, Christmas entertaining and curling up in front of the fire on a cold winters night. We have always wanted to host a vacation home, and we have invested many hours of careful planning in the hopes you will be pleased and happy with your stay.
