The location is excellent for walking around La Conner. The place is quiet and peaceful. The hosts are very helpful if needed. Highly recommended.

First, Rick and Reinhild are just delightful. They couldn’t have been more gracious and kind. I feel like my family made new friends. Second, you can’t get a better place in La Conner. Besides being the most clean Airbnb I have stayed in thus far (you could have eaten off the floor!), the location was perfect. It’s close enough to walk to town in 3-5 min and tucked away in its own oasis to be very quiet at night. The house is the perfect size for 2-4 people and very well appointed. There isn’t a detail that hasn’t been thought of. If we didn’t have other obligations, I’m not sure Rick and Reinhild would have been able to get rid of us!

Rick and Reinhild were such wonderful hosts from first contact. The house was ideally situated in the beautiful/ upscale/on the water small village of La Conner. Tucked away in a tree shaded quiet area, there was every amenity that would be necessary for a comfortable vacation. I was super impressed with the sparkling cleanliness of this new, fully functional home. Everything you would need is at your fingertips. Plenty of dishes,silverware,pots,pans,drip coffee maker,electric kettle,toaster - it’s all right there. Bathroom is equipped with lovely towels, soap,shampoo etc. Indoor laundry has super efficient high end washer and dryer,laundry detergent,sprays and dryer sheets. Bedrooms have super comfy beds with upgraded sheets and duvets. Just perfect! I could go on, but you get the picture. As far as hiking and biking go, it is perfectly situated for flat quiet cycling roads. Easy access to ferries for San Juan Islands and Deception Pass state park etc. Great restaurants and plenty of outdoor eating(during COVID). I loved being here!!!

This guesthouse is an absolute gem. The photos don't do it justice. The layout of this charming little home is well thought out and there was plenty of room for my husband and I to stay here comfortably (we were here on a long stay). The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking with plenty of pantry room to store you own food. The beds are comfortable and the bathtub is lovely. The house is sparkling clean and very well-maintained. The guesthouse is located in a spacious yard with plenty of room between it and the main house to feel private. The guesthouse has its own driveway with room to park several cars which is nice. The town of La Conner is only a short walk away from the house and has several lovely restaurants (which are now open for in-person dining again). Rick and Reinhild were very welcoming and gracious hosts and I can't recommend the guesthouse enough.
