The house itself was beautiful, gorgeous property on the water with rooms enough to spread for a big group. However, it fell short of a 5-star rating due a few very fixable issues. Firstly, I had to call and message the host a few times the day of check in to get the keycode. Hopefully this was just a one off as they said their usual message failed to go through. Parking - Nowhere on the listing does it mention that there's a 3 car limit. the host didn't let us know of this restriction until after check in when we were all on our way. After asking, they did they tell us a good spot to park the extra cars, but we had already called around and found somewhere. There was a pretty strong sewage/musty odor coming from the vents that seemed to be worse the lower you went in the house. It got a lot better by the third day. Unfortunately, the oven was terrible. Which when you're cooking for 12 people is a huge issue. It could hardly go past 350 degrees and often turned itself off.

The house and location were fantastic. The bedrooms and the amount of bathrooms was great but be aware it is has slim kitchen selections for such a big place (no spatulas, no skillet pans, no kid dishes, no big serving bowls, no oil, salt etc…). Totally made due without but it was interesting to figure out how to serve food to a big crowd. Also the hot tub broke before we arrived (which was a huge draw for this house in the wintertime) but the property manager did a great job reimbursing us for that.

Such an awesome gem on the island. Huge house with access to the beach, all the right amenities too. Would totally stay there again!

Just like with the other reviews, everything went great. I have to add that the amount of towels is much appreciated, we've rented others in the past that didn't have enough towels for everyone, and you definitely won't have that problem here. everything was easy to find. we had a bit of confusion parking our extra (planned) car, but it was me not understanding where to park. Otherwise, it was a delightfully uneventful weekend of relaxation and catching up with friends. Would definitely recommend!
