Beautiful Spanish style castle built in the 1920's, completely remodeled and perfect for big groups. Gorgeous and comfortable, this pool home is in the perfect location close to Downtown St. Pete, blocks away from 275 for quick access to Tampa or Sarasota and 15 minutes to the beach. This property is on nearly half an acre, very rare lot size for St. Petersburg, and is great for hanging out outside around the heated pool and hot tub. The first floor has a sunroom, furnished with a full size bed as well as access to two other bedrooms, one with two full size beds and the other with a full size bed, a chair that converts to a twin bed as well as a couch and TV. The second floor has two bedrooms with a single king size bed and one with a queen. The master bedroom is furnished with a king sized Tempurpedic mattress and has an en suite bathroom. There is also a pack and play in the property. Please note that the bedrooms on the first floor are a furnished sunroom and an attached apartment converted to two bedrooms that are accessed through one another. The dining room has four seats and a long bench that can seat up to four as well as an additional buffet table with four stools, perfect for your large parties! The huge lot is split into a large, fenced in side yard with plenty of parking and a back yard with heated pool and hot tub. There is a grill and outdoor seating. Please note that the pool is not screened in and located near a large oak tree. While the pool is cleaned and vacuumed weekly, leaves will still get in the pool. A net is provided. This amazing, historic property is professionally furnished, fully stocked with linens and towels and always thoroughly cleaned between each guest. It is 3 miles to the downtown St. Pete Pier and the Vinoy (highly recommended), 2.9 miles to Tropicana Field, 9.7 miles to St. Pete Beach, 0.7 miles to 275 and 15.6 miles to Tampa.
