Loved it. Quaint and serene. Far away from the noise yet close enough for the right spots. Neel and Sanya were courteous and patient. Durai and Didi were sweet. Toby, Stella and Coco were the best! I wanna go back for more! Cheers.

Neel is a real pet lover, and Stella is a darling. Our dog Autumn has a great stay. It’s a lovely place. We loved the place and the hosts really make you feel at home.

If you’re scrolling through reviews to see if this is the place for you: book it! Casa de Xanti was truly a slice of heaven. We stayed for 5 days and left wanting more. The location is slightly inland, about 20mins from Varca, Benaulim and Cavelossim but Neel and Sanya shared cab/rental recommendations that worked out very economically. The property, in house dining meals (offered at minimal prices for all three meals), amenities and vibe were great value for money. Sanya and Neel, their dogs and cats, their wonderful staff all made our stay seamless. The nights are wonderfully quiet and the surroundings are truly peaceful and lush. Grocery stores, wine stores and a local restaurant nearby for urgent errands. We’ve never experienced South Goa like this, and will definitely be back again. If you like spending time away from super touristy activities but being near enough to them, this is for you!

This gem of a place nestled in South goa was just phenomenal. It was peaceful, private and the ideal place to be if you are looking for a hiatus for the hustle-bustle of the busy life. The warmth of the hosts, Neel & Sanya makes the stay more memorable, not to mention their hyper-friendly dogs (Stella, who was a complete sweetheart BTW) just makes the experience even more inviting. Also, they have a lovely in house menu. We tried their local Goan food that was cooked ‘home-style’ and we loved it. A must visit place for those looking for the best south Goa has to offer - a little peace & quiet nestled in nature.

Casa de xanti is best for travellers who are looking for a disconnect from worldly things. Beautiful location near to varca beach and Benaulim. Neel’s friendliness and proactiveness + the homely meal is an add on to one of the reasons to choose this stay. Stella, toby and coco make this place more special. Loved it overall. Hope to visit again. xx
