Our desert cabin is set on 5 acres with stunning views in all directions, beautiful sunrises, captivating sunsets, and unparalleled stargazing. Just 15 mins from Joshua Tree National Park's east entrance—less waiting! Use us as your base to explore local hikes or unwind in peaceful seclusion with modern amenities and a cozy ambiance. Experience nature's wonders by day and celestial beauty by night. Whether for adventure or solace, our haven promises unforgettable moments and desert serenity. We decorated the inside with inspiration driven by the many pictographs we sojourned to in the southwest. We've worked really hard to make a magical place where you can escape into another time and space. We also offer, when available, one free drink per person over 21. There's nothing quite like arriving at your vacation destination and popping open a cold drink. In that spirit we've decided to leave the drinks from travelers past in the fridge for you to enjoy. Again, we stress, only one per person over 21. Vacations are for trying new things, come stretch into a new comfort zone. :). Feel free to leave any that you brought and you may have left over, so others may enjoy what you enjoy too.

The Blue Oasis was exactly what we were looking for! A beautiful and remote location with breathtaking views of the stars. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay and the kitchen was well equipped so we were able to make most of our meals at home. We would love to stay again on our next trip to the desert!

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le côté isolé du logement, on avait vraiment l’impression d’être seuls au monde au milieu d’un oasis. Nous regrettons déjà le calme absolu que nous étions venus chercher ! Le jacuzzi sous un beau ciel étoilé et le vent chaud du désert nous manque aussi ! Le seul bémol (s’il fallait en trouver un) est le manque de flexibilité pour le check out. Sinon, le logement est génial, une superbe décoration, le genre d’endroit où nous adorerions vivre !
Third time at the Blue Oasis.......great as always........enjoyed a walk to the Valley Mts to the North and played Corn Hole...FYI, covered the ant hole with newspaper and had a great game.......Jim W.
This is an incredible home and Cam is an amazing host. This is a true desert escape and it is so peaceful. The sunrise, sunsets, and stars are breathtaking. Definitely coming back here.

You'll have a 360 view of acres and acres of desert beauty and serenity. Wonder valley is a gorgeous part of this area. It's one of my favorite places to be.
The Joshua Tree National Park is only 15 minutes away. The 29 Palms Inn and restaurant is rumoured to be a hot spot for stars, there is a schoolhouse museum that is a bast from the past, and Rocky's Pizza is the best pizza joint around. While in town you should definitely go to the Mojave Moon restaurant and dessert bar. To the west the town of Joshua Tree is only 25 minutes away. Stater Bros grocery store is 15 minutes away and you'll pass it on your way in so get your supplies there. The Sand to Snow Monument is an hour away to the west. Amboy Crater and Mojave Trails National Monument are approximately 20 minutes north. The town of Amboy with the famous Roy's Hotel (now defunct) and gas station is close by the crater. Mojave Preserve is about an hour away north. Las Vegas is 3 1/2 hours away.
