Have stayed at other apartments in this complex previously and experienced a bit of luxury. Location is central to shops, restaurants and the beach. At key collection we were notified that the air conditioning was leaking and asked not to use it until fixed. A noisy industrial blower was in the master wardrobe which we were asked to leave on. On entry there was an unpleasant wet odour to the apartment which remained throughout our stay. One small and ineffective pedestal fan was provided, after 3 days (we were booked for 7). Tradespeople visited but it was only after we left that we were informed technician’s were waiting for a part. Although surfaces were clean in the kitchen and bathrooms, and the beds well made up and comfy, the carpet and rug in the common living areas were very badly stained, clearly multiple spills over some time. The grubby carpets and rug changed the feeling of the apartment and has tainted any desire to stay at this complex again

Perfect location / great view / nice complex and would have been an amazing stay however the carpets and rug were badly stained in the lounge/dining area and the aircon leaked really bad into the walk in robe. Their response was that we left the aircon on too long and/or we left open the balcony doors. We did neither! Friday was an extremely hot day and night. We only noticed it Saturday morning when changing and we immediately notified the host. There was black mould in the corner of the robe so this issue must be an ongoing one. Are we supposed to stay in the apartment and sleep in the heat? It wasn’t a nice stay in the last night due to the smell.

Dean was fantastic to deal with and responded immediately to any queries. The unit is spacious and has everything needed for a trip to the Gold Coast. Thanks dean and we would definitely recommend staying here.

Apartment is well laid out- we had three adults and a four year old. Lovely views. Very comfy bed and pillows. Great position- plenty places to eat at bottom of tower, Woolies at the back, can walk half a block to beach and a great park! I did struggle to find the allocated slot initially as just driving with a four year old and couldn’t really follow the pictures sent- Fien after first time- enter from Charles Avenue and follow red basement sign! We also struggled a bit with how to pay for the second car but think we sorted out on app after first day! Really great stay!

Great location, excellent communication with host. Apartment could use some small updates but all in all a great experience
