The apartment is located in the heart of the Village of Boalsburg, PA (the birthplace of Memorial Day). This space is on the ground floor of our beautiful period New England saltbox house and has been newly renovated just waiting for you to enjoy. Our neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe. We love it here and so will you! THE SPACE The house and grounds were carefully planed as a reproduction New England saltbox using the finest materials and providing modern amenities. The ground floor space we are offering is bright, cozy, comfy and exceptionally clean. This large space - kitchenette, bedroom, living (TV)room, and bathroom. The smart HD TV is 85 inches and includes a SONOS sound bar. It is perfect for sports or your favorite movie. A wonderful feature of the space is the double open out patio doors that open to a private deck overlooking a beautiful quiet green space. Perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine viewing the stars. The kitchen design includes extensive use of beautiful vintage materials including cherry countertops on both the kitchen cabinets and coffee bar. There are two mini fridge units one with glass exposure and custom temperature settings for beverages. A coffee maker and Kuerig coffee is provided in addition to a pump bottled water dispenser with hot and cold settings. There is also a microwave/air fryer and toaster oven provider. As a special touch there is a separate ice maker. The beautiful new tile bath includes a walk-in shower with rainforest shower head. There is an oversized sink area perfect for you to prepare for the day. The special lighted mirror adds to the elegance of the space.
