This house is spaceous and lovely. It has a well equipped kitchen. We loved our stay there.

This is the third (or possibly fourth?) time we've stayed here. It's our go-to rental when we come to visit family. The place is always comfortable and cozy. All bedrooms are on the second floor, and they share one bathroom. There is a half bath on the main level. The laundry is in the basement. Just mentioning in case anyone has mobility issues. We appreciate the farm fresh eggs, bagels and bananas that are always left for us. Located in the country, the setting is beautiful and peaceful. You can hear a small amount of road noise, but we haven't found it to be an issue. We'll definitely be back next year!

First the pros include a beautiful rustic home! It has been updated in some areas, including kitchen. Plenty of rooms for a large family. Owner brings over fresh eggs upon check-in. Located in a beautiful country setting. If you are looking for a peaceful, antique rural home this is a great choice. The areas for improvement include better lighting needed around and in the home. Deeper Cleaning needs to be performed. We had a pile of approximately 100 lady bugs in the window sills. All interior doors do not latch shut and do not have looks on any doors, including bathroom, and bedrooms. Paint peeling, and wall separating at baseboard in bathroom. When we arrived the back door was wide open, not sure why?

The house was perfect for a group of us visiting the bourbon trail. Very spacious, with lots of amenities. We enjoyed the remote location and being able to sit out on the porch in the evening.
