For the rates charged, the unit cand do with a proper spring clean and some items to be replaced. The checking in staff and office support staff of Totalstay can definitely benefit from more professional hospitality training.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Panova. Stunning Views of Cape Town and the accommodation was very upmarket and clean. I enjoyed the fact that we were not affected by power outages due to the unit having an invertor. Great stay, I will definitely book this unit again 😊

We bridesmaids used the unit for our girls weekend bachelorette staycation our bride absolutely loved it her words were “this is Boujee” The unit was beautiful neat & tidy spectacular views of green point would def love to come back One thing was the nespresso machine milk frothier was not cleaned We had a wonderful time!! Michelle

Great place - we were there for a work trip and the check in / out was made super easy by the hosts whatsapp-ing us. It was also great to have a cleaner present as it made it feel more like a hotel. Would def stay again.
