Our family of four adults, preschooler and toddler, found this property to be very comfortable. Great location with playground across the street. The backyard was beautiful and we enjoyed using it with the kids and in the evening by the fire pit for s'mores. There was plenty of room for us and we enjoyed the colorful interior design and art. Wonderful find for our stay between Christmas and New Year's visiting family

This house is wonderful! The beds are comfy and the back yard was beautiful. The owners do live there, so there are personal items in the closets but we didn’t mind. This location is in a safe and cool neighborhood. It is the perfect location to attend Austin City Limits Festival. We walked to the venue in about 20 minutes through a beautiful park. There are stores nearby to Instacart food and Ubers were readily available. It is about 20 minutes from the airport. I would love to stay here again!

This house was absolutely perfect for our group of 6 attending ACL! It was an easy walk to the festival, including some nice trails along the way. The house itself was gorgeous and the yard was great for enjoying our morning coffee. The host was super friendly and very proactive in messaging us to make sure all of our needs were met! We would definitely stay here again.

This home is in a great location with everything around it within a 5-10 minutes Uber ride. The host Caroline was very responsive and cared that we had great time. She recommended a bunch of restaurants around us and made the stay very welcoming. Would book again!

Great House! Great Location! Great Host! We enjoyed our stay at the Barton Hills House. The beds were super comfortable, we were able to control the temperature in the house easily, we had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond with questions and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The house is so cute and the backyard is awesome, lots of outdoor seating with big trees and another area with fire pit. I would highly recommend this property and we would definitely go back!
