good: - reasonably priced - great area - solid internet, never failed me, I work from home. - good outdoor area - never had to worry about where to put my trash or cleaning or anything, staff was there every day during working hours. - literally above a very large 7/11 neither good nor bad: - this is a hostel-type accommodation. if you expect a hotel you'd probably be disappointed. If you just want a quiet room, hell yeah. - tourist-y area but quiet - stairs on stairs on stairs, good for exercise, bad for sanity. i'm calling that equal. bad: - it rained once during my stay, and afterward the bathroom was swarmed with mosquitos. Thankfully, there is a communal bathroom (maybe two) I was able to use before the host fixed the issue. - There are definitely some plumbing issues in this building that seemed to make some smells back up. I didn't care because the a/c is strong and the windows can be opened, but if I were sensitive to such things it'd be a turn off overall I'd stay again.

Worth it for the price. The location is great I love this neighbourhood. Lots of street food around. There’s a 7-11 right downstairs and a family mart next to it.

For offered price excellent place to stay - great location,very good area most popular tourist places can reach by taxi within 30-40 min. Clean and nice. Enjoyed terrace view.

My partner and I were coming in and out of Bangkok quite frequently, and chose to stay at this place each time. The check in process was very easy, and Pawarit gave us all the information we needed. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Lots of amenities nearby (highly recommend Petra restaurant!) Pawarit was an excellent and helpful host who went out of his way to make our stay perfect!
