Absolutely fabulous stay! Elene was checking with us (me and my wife Anne) before we arrived, making sure that she would be there to let us in and give us access. We changed our arrival time three times and there was never any issues or complaint about this. When we arrived, she was really friendly and chatty, and made us feel completely in at home, while at the same time, giving us our liberty and space. Place was lovely, and we enjoyed sitting in the garden in the sunshine. The room in the attic is also great space and Wifi great. I noticed that she had a guitar as we went up. I told her I played. After bringing tea to the room, she asked if I wanted the Guitar. I played it for an hour before we went out to the party we had gone to Ipswich for. We walked to the party and arrived back at 1 am or later. This caused absolutely no problems whatsoever. We left about 10am, and Elene asked us about our evening. We said a friendly farewell. We will stay there again, when in Ipswich.

Lovely and clean. Large room. Elene was lovely and attentive and every thing was explained upon arrival. Access very steep and narrow steps to room as it is an attic room. With toilet one floor below and ground floor bathroom. No problem for the majority, or myself, but to bear in mind perhaps.

Elene was an excellent host and her home is nothing less than perfect. We had an excellent time exploring Ipswich!

Could not have asked for a better host for my stay in Ipswich! Elene's house is not only beautiful and full of fascinating travel artifacts, but also ideally located within walking distance of the town centre and the marina; along with easy access to nearby towns if driving. Elene was accommodating and communicative, gave excellent recommendations of the best places to eat and drink in Ipswich, and was very understanding of the unusual working hours required by film production!
