We had great time in Crayfish cottage ! Kids loved having upstairs to theirselves and playing with ‘baby toys’ that still kept them entertained. A few family games were also available but sadly for example Hungry Hippos was missing parts. Kitchen was very well equipped however we would have liked to have had a proper coffee machine/percolator. Nicci has prepared an useful folder about local attractions including restaurant recommendations. The cottage is about 10 walk from the beach and restaurants. We couldn’t find a good grocery shop within walking distance which was a shame. We didn’t drive to Lidl which we could have done. Nicci had provided us with fresh milk and bread when we arrived. Cupboards has plenty of tea and coffee granules. Kids would have liked some hot chocolate while sitting by the fire.

Crayfish cottage was lovely, beautifully decorated, we loved all the pictures and paintings. we felt at home. we had our son and partner with us with their two small children. Lots of room for them to play. There was a box of toys and childrens plates and cutlery which was very helpful for us. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and glasses and we were grateful to have a dishwasher! great location, we could walk to both beaches and icecream shops and Lidl was most useful as we cooked most of our meals. It was nice to meet Jonny who showed us around and kindly left us some milk and bread. we could highly recommend the cottage and were lucky enough to have glorious weather. we would love to stay here again sometime

What a beautiful cottage and a fabulous base for exploring Portrush and the Causeway Coast. This was our first trip to Northern Ireland and we couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. The cottage was beautiful inside and out, superbly equipped with everything we needed. Nicci and Jonny were really helpful throughout the process of booking and checking in, and we are so pleased that we found this cottage!
