A great place to stay, very spacious tapos parang nasa bahay ka lang talaga. Malinis yung buong lugar. Very accommodating din. Ang bait din ng mga tao.

our stay at nikcolaiden’s place is good. We arrived earlier than expected and the caretaker ate jenny allowed us to check in early. the place is clean as new,beach is just about 5minutes walk and the kitchen is available so we can cook our own food. We are lucky enough that no one rented the other room so we didn’t have to share the common area such as kitchen and sala. I think this place is best for those who don’t have a car because it doesn’t have a private parking area, the only space for parking is near an improvised basketball ring where children play basketball all the time the risk of your car being dented by the kids who are playing is high.We asked ate jenny to help us to ask the kids to play near our cars because they did not listen to us but she did not try to talk to them maybe because she knew that the parking space is not their property anymore but still our overall experienced at nikcolaiden’s place is fun and nice. I highly reccommend it to group of friends for their next travel in baler.

-A nice place to stay if you have a limited budget -Privacy depends on other tenants cause you share places like comfort room and kitchen -there is a parking space for your car -place seems to be safe -toweLs and blankets are too small for 2 persons - water pressure is good -walking distance to beach and restaurants -overall stay is good owner is easy to talk to and very responsive to questions and needs.
