This place would probably be much better if it wasn’t for the sulfur in the water, excessive spider webs, the deck had tree branches, ac system was set at 54°F and nearly froze us to death. There wasn’t anything for us to wash dishes with or clean up the house. The shower had hard water stains. The water in the shower doesn’t have any other setting other than scalding hot. The microwave didn’t have a spinning plate in it. The dish drying rack was gross and had dead bugs in it. This place needs a lot more care than it’s getting.

The cabin is very small and need to be upgraded soon!

The cabin was water damage rotten floor south spots bugs the grass hasn’t been cut he couldn’t walk around in the yard without getting The cabin was overpriced for the accommodation

Great location on the Hiwasee River, very secluded if you're looking to detach and unplug. Close to rafting and other adventures. Place is in need of some upgrades and repairs, but if you are not too picky, you will be able to overlook. The space is small, room for 4 adults without feeling too cramped. The Hiwassee River is literally in the backyard and is very tranquil and serene, a huge plus.
