I am a real estate professional managing both Air BNB and a few large (4-6 bedroom) high-end single family homes in the beautiful Inland Empire- Temecula/ Murrieta Valley. The Air BNB’s are in the wine country and great for a weekend relaxing trip, wedding stays, etc. Also, I manage >30 day rentals for people needing a home away from home, e.g. families relocating to the area, insurance rentals or if you have sold your home and need a place before you find another home, etc. I also do longer term rental of these beautifully fully furnished homes for snow birds, vacationers, insurance rentals, or to guests who just need a fully furnished home when they are between real estate transactions, or their home is under repair, or have guests from out of town, or other similar situations.
