Joe and Laura are excellent, amazing hosts. Very friendly, welcoming, and helpful above and beyond. The resort is well kept and really a private oasis. Finding it wasn’t all that hard however the city lacks bigtime in signage which is the only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 for finding the resort. Definitely would recommend to stay and we will come back next time in Belize

Laura and Joe are fabulous and friendly hosts. They were always extremely responsive to all of our questions and assistance needed. Joe went above and beyond in assisting us with some personal business we needed to attend to. The kitchen was adequately supplied, we were able to cook a couple of our meals in our cute little cabana. Restaurants are somewhat walkable and bikeable distance but if you aren't interested in those modes of transportation you definitely need a rental car to get out and about in town for groceries or other meals/shopping. The water in Corozal can't necessarily be trusted, Joe suggested we put chlorine bleach in our rinse dishwater. It was would be really nice if that was supplied. An overall fabulous, relaxing time. The property is beautiful, right on the water, not pretentious, we loved it. We hope to be back next year.

I have been to many places but nothing beats this place. A cabin right on the water. You and your thoughts. Amazing. The host Joe took me out on a fishing trip up the river and man was he a great guy. Great host great location. Thanks Joe!
