Our stay at James & Graham's apartment was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. Despite our late arrival due to a delayed flight, Graham stayed awake to welcome us with a genuine smile, which instantly made us feel at home. The apartment itself is nothing short of amazing. Not only is it beautifully decorated, but it's also incredibly comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Its central location meant that we were conveniently close to everything, eliminating the need for taxis or buses during our entire stay. James and Graham are truly wonderful hosts, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Their kindness, attention to detail, and dedication to ensuring their guests have a memorable experience are unparalleled. If you're looking for a place to stay in Melbourne, don't hesitate to book with James & Graham – you won't be disappointed.

If I could rate this 10 stars I would. James and Graham are amazing attentive hosts who respond and communicate quickly. they tried to make our stay enjoyable from the start of the reservation process all the way up till we left. I will definitely book again if given the opportunity and can't thank them enough for their hospitality, understanding and patience with my complicated weekend
