We had a great stay and felt very comfortable here. This place was so thoughtfully stocked -- from all the kitchen items and pantry staples to the games, washer/dryers, and more. We were easily able to cook meals and had a great time playing ping pong and arcade games in the evening. Instructions were very clear and there were a ton of local guidebooks and maps waiting for us. The only thing I would do differently has absolutely nothing to do with our fantastic hosts and everything to do with my lack of research. If I did it again, I'd either come in the summer or stay over a weekend. In the winter, many of the shops in town were closed and on the weekends, there would have been a little more to do. That said, we had a really relaxing trip, and felt very at home. We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in Saugerties. Thank you!

We had a great time staying at Alan's place over the weekend with my family visiting nearby mountains and skiing. My kids really liked the basement space with arcades, table tennis and pool table. It is in a peaceful and quiet area but easy to venture out to nearby sites and villages. Would love to come back sometime.

We had a great stay with Alan! Super clean, spacious, well-located house just a few minutes from town but super quiet and peaceful. Great amenities including game room and outdoor space. Alan was great at communicating too!

We were in town for our son’s wedding and I really did not want to stay eat a hotel. I had limited time with my close family and I wanted it to feel like home. Alan’s place was perfect! I’m so glad we chose this place! The books in the bedroom are a great collection of US history. ( It looks like you spend your days helping young people to understand the American story which I do as well). Anyways, thank you for helping to make a perfect weekend for our family!
