This gite has 4 bedrooms and will sleep 8 people.There is a double bedroom and en suite shower room on the ground floor.The living room tv has both French channels and British 'Free-to-view' channels.The kitchen has an oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle,toaster etc. Upstairs there is a double bed room and 2 twin bedrooms. These have an en suite shower. There are electric heaters for off season visits. Please note there is no Wi-Fi in the gite The gite is situated in the grounds of the Manoir de Kerdeven. The gite has use of a large playing field, swingball, basketball hoop, boule court. Kerdeven is within a short drive of popular towns such as St. Brieuc and Quimper. The beautiful Lac de Guerlédan is a short drive away as too is the Nantes to Brest canal, perfect for walking, cycling and having a picnic. The popular Rose Granite coastline is also within driving distance.

Chaque chambre comporte sa propre salle de bain ce qui est un vrai luxe. malheureusement, tout ce qui se passe en haut s'entend en bas, aucune insonorisation !!! séjour en pleine campagne, dépaysement assuré.
Le séjour que nous avons passé avec mes amis dans le gîte était au top. Le gîte est grand et bien équipé. Le seul petit point négatif du gîte est l'isolation sonore. En effet on entend tout ce qui se passe d'un étage à l'autre et d'une chambre à l'autre. Mais à part ça le gîte est fonctionnel et comme sur les photos. Merci encore à Rhita pour son accueil et son aide.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Rihan. Je n’avais pas forcément fait attention au fait que 3 gites sont en enfilade, ce qui implique une proximité avec les voisins dans le jardin. Et le terrain avec les jeux pour enfants et terrain de pétanque était totalement en friche donc inutilisable, dommage !
Séjour agréable, calme.
Logement mitoyen et jardin commun aux 3 locations. La location est équipée mais matériel vetuste. Propreté limite.

Kerdeven is an area of outstanding natural beauty that offers peace and tranquility for visitors. Despite the rural setting it is still within easy reach of many tourist attractions such as Forges des Salles which is a a renovated and restored village from the 18th - 19th century, and the Abbaye de Bon Repos. The 12th-century Cistercian abbey hosts regular exhibitions, a weekly farmers’ market and a spectacular son et lumière in August. The Abbaye is well suited for those who enjoy walking and cycling. Forests, lakes, rivers and the beautiful Nantes to Brest canal are within close proximity. There are excellent rambling routes on easy to find tracks through the woods and countryside.
The gite has parking close by and is around a 5 minute drive both from Rostrenen and Plouguernevel. Pontivy is 30 minutes away, while Quimper, Lorrient and St Brieuc are around an hours drive. The Ferry port of Roscoff is around 1 hour and 30 minutes away. There is an international airport service from Rennes and a European service to Dinard (both around. 90 mins drive), the airports offer car hire. Roscoff is the closest port at around 1hr 25 minutes away/100km while St Malo is around 1 hr 45 mins/140 km away St Brieuc and Loudeac (only 30 mins from the gites) have train stations, the TGV goes to Rennes and onto Paris
