It may show up as evolve but Mr. Leland owns the spot and he was very on top of things. He called me when I booked to give me details and he also called me the day before check in to touch base. All though the rental company was not responsive about the Christmas decorations, Mr. Leland made sure there was a tree and wood provided for the outside firepit. I would stay here again, especially during the summer. I would recommend this host to anyone looking for a cabin feel on lake front with a pool table. 20 minutes from Dawsonville!
Very accommodating! Everything matched the pictures/description. The house had great insulation so we didn't need to worry about being too loud inside during the night (or hearing anything loud outside).
Excellent place to stay! Very clean and nice neighborhood. Dock is not ideal for swimming but other than that it was perfect. Nice space and fully stocked kitchen. Owner very friendly and helpful.
Beautiful house! Had a great stay with our families. The boys caught fish and the ladies enjoyed the deck on top of the dock! Weekend gave us one great day of sunshine.
Family friendly place, peaceful and relaxing. A lot of family fun. The only problem was the internet. Tried to use TVs with our Netflix accounts but the internet was having problems and had to waist my cellular hotspot to watch Christmas family movies.
