This condo was the perfect place when I visited Carmel with my friends. It was walkable to many shops and restaurants.

Location, location, location. This is really the perfect location of your staying in Carmel. It’s right in the arts and entertainment district and a short walk to lots of shops and restaurants. The place itself is nice and spacious, but it was not perfectly clean. We’re pretty sure the master bathroom wasn’t actually cleaned and there was a dirty towel hanging from the rack when we arrived. So don’t expect a perfectly clean place. The Keurig coffee machine also had a coffee pod left in it and the machine did not work properly. But other than that we enjoyed our stay and we would stay there again despite these issues.

Got a call after leaving upset that I didn’t clean when I did all the dishes and picked up all the trash and paid an 83 dollar cleaning fee. Absolutely ridiculous customer service

The location was amazing! It was in walking distance to so much! My sister and I took our mom for her 70th birthday for the big Christmas market. There are so many great restaurants right there by the condo, and the area is absolutely gorgeous! The unit was clean and had many extra's (k-cups, creamer, disposable plates/cups, etc). The host we dealt directly with was EXTREMELY helpful with so much! There are a lot of stairs but it was mentioned in the listing, and I directly asked before booking about it and it was not misleading. Everything was top notch with this unit. (We also had no issues at any point with finding street parking right by the complex).

Great condo in a great location. Close to everything… restaurants, shops, and the Monon Trail. We will definitely be back.
