We totally loved our stay! The apartment felt like home, everything is well thought through and so convenient for families with all the amenities in place. The ground floor terrace was a lovely bonus as well. Cristina and Stefano have been some of the most proactive and helpful hosts we have ever stayed with on AirBnB.

Amazing beautiful apartment! It has everything you need to feel like you're home, and Cristina is a very caring and welcoming host. The location is in a residential area, about 10 minutes to the sea and 15 minutes to the train station by foot. Overall a great experience.

We had a lovely vacations in Viareggio (me, my husband, our son and our little dog). Cristina has a wonderful apartment, clean, modern and well placed. We spent few days in the beach and few days around (Pisa, Florence and few other beaches). Highly recommended!

Wir haben spontan eine Unterkunft gesucht und Christina an einem Montagabend kontaktiert. Innerhalb einer Stunde hatte sie die Wohnung uns zur Verfügung gestellt. Sie war persönlich vor Ort und hat uns alles erklärt. Hat Äpfel 🍎 und Olivenöl, ein Bier und Kaffee extra noch einkauft. Tolle Gastfreundschaft und eine tolle Wohnung. Alles sehr liebevoll, und mit Detail durchdacht. Eine Terrasse im Innenhof steht zur Verfügung. Ist viele größer als auf dem Bild. Eine Waschmaschine ist in der Wohnung ebenfalls vorhaben. Beim duschen 🚿 kommt sofort warmes Wasser, und es bleib auch warm. Tolles Badezimmer. Alles neu. Nicht immer üblich in Italien. Wir haben uns sehr sehr sehr wohll gefühlt und können nur das Beste berichten. Parkplätze vor der Tür vorhanden, aber man muss ein Ticket für den Tag kaufen. In 500 Meter Entfernung kann man sein Auto auf einem freien Parkplatz abbestellen. Kein Problem, denn dort ist die Polizei direkt gegenüber. Sehr sicher der Platz. In 10 min geht man durch zum Strand. Wohnung liegt in einem Wohngebiet, sehr ruhig gelegen. Fazit. Eine tolle Gastfreundschaft und tolle Wohnung. Können wir nur empfehlen. Danke Jörn und Doris

Ottimo appartamento ubicato in zona residenziale ma molto ben servita da negozi, vicinissimo alla pineta ed a 10 minuti dal lungomare. L'appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, ottimamente rifornito di stoviglie, detersivi e tutto ciò che serve in una casa. Cristina ci ha accolto personalmente all'arrivo ed è stata veramente gentilissima e disponibilissima; ci ha fatto trovare della frutta e, visto che soggiornavamo a cavallo di Capodanno, un pandoro e lo spumante. Ci ha permesso un check in anticipato ed un check out posticipato rispetto agli orari previsti ed è sempre stata reperibile telefonicamente per ogni dubbio durante tutto il soggiorno.
