Beautiful cottage by the sea in Newport, perfect for a family of 4 or a few friends on the weekend.
She made it feel like home away from home.
Joanna’s place was the perfect home base for my friends and I to explore Newport over a long weekend! Her home is cozy, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s tucked away in a quiet residential area but is close to downtown Newport and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend staying here! Parking was easy as well.
2nd stay! Joanna is an amazing host. The cottage is charming and warm with all the amenities you would ever want. Location is perfect. Close to beaches and Newport but tucked away and super quiet.
A very cute house in a fantastic location! You are close to the heart of Newport and surrounded by charm.The outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy a glass of wine in the evening. I would stay here again!

Hi. I’m Joanna. I grew up here and my home reflects my Newport roots. The beauty of this area of Rhode Island is unique and special to most people who visit. If possible, I enjoy meeting all of my guests and sharing my knowledge of this town. Growing up by the sea has inspired my theme of coastal comfort throughout the house and outdoor patio. The fenced in yard is a wonderful place to relax with your morning coffee or at the of the day. This is my primary residence so please treat it with care and respect.
