This was a perfect base for a weekend at the Umbria Winter Jazz festival. The apartment was a few minutes walk from the venue’s and from lots of gorgeous restaurants. But it is also very peaceful. Orvieto is a beautiful city and well worth a visit. The apartment is clean and very well equipped. Francesco is very helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Orvieto is a beautiful town, and this apartment is the perfect place to use as a base to explore it. It's in a really convenient part of the town, within walking distance to all of the local sights. The apartment itself is very comfortable, well appointed. The glass floor showing the cellar is a fantastic touch, and shows a bit of the history of the area. The courtyard out the back is beautiful, and a lovely secluded place to hang out and have an evening drink. The apartment is on the ground floor, so it's super easy to access with luggage. Francesco was super helpful, friendly and responsive. He helped us organise parking, and assisted us with an early check-in. He was a great guy to deal with! Highly recommend a stay at this apartment!! Do yourself a favour and stay here! Thanks Francesco - see you next time ✌️

Photos are accurate but place needs serious TLC. All metal surfaces in bathroom corroded, towel rings rusty. Kitchen very minimally furnished. (Cooking meal would be quite challenging!) Dirty sofa covered with an equally dirty throw. One cannot see outside except for door in kitchen to a very ill-kept patio that needed sweeping, plant care, furniture wipe down. No book of info, welcome, recommendations, or tips. Of all our airbnb accommodations in Umbria, this one was a disappointment. It is totally lacking in charm; tho' could be quite nice with some effort. Especially sad because it was the place we chose first based on airbnb description; it turned out to be the one we least enjoyed. Location IS close to everything, and we loved the cathedral bells. Parking is easy, though expensive, in Piazza Marconi.

Wonderful stay! This was a great location for our family of 3 to stay when we visited our daughter studying abroad on the Gordon College campus in Orvieto. Close by, centrally located, beautiful outdoor space to connect. Accommodations were comfortable and everything we requested was provided in a timely manner. Thank you, Francesco!
