We have tried to extend but unfortunately was booked so we need to find new place, but we will try to stay again if we in Madrid
The location was excellent and the apartment fit our needs. The 4 bedrooms helped a lot as there were 6 of us. The apartment was adequately appointed and pretty much had all you needed. We had issues with the lights in the living room in the beginning as some lights were not working but it was eventually replaced. The oven door was not closing properly so it needs to be fixed. The bathtub in the 2nd room was nice but for practical purposes just a straight shower would have beenbetter as the bathroom floor would get really wet when people took a bath there. Lastly as for the cleaning of the place there were cigarette butts left in the balcony and there was a little bit of cigarette smell and the area above the cabinet in the master's room was not cleaned at all and really dusty. I guess when a place is on air bnb and it'sone guest after another the place might not be cleaned enough. Suggest someone inspects the place to make sure everything's okay.
Great host and flexible.
Great apartment near the metro and in walking distance of retiro park and the main shopping district. The apartment is very well decorated with good kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds and felt safe as building also has a porter. Neighbourhood has everything you need. Very good stay in a great city. Thank you.

Our small agency was created by two people: Karin Wallis, half English and half Swedish has lived most of her life in Madrid and Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano down to the marrow, has lived in Seville all of his life. We created the agency as we wish to do something different: take peoples charming homes and transform them into rentals, keeping the magic and charm the owners created when they built their home but at the same time making it comfortable and adequate for our clients such as giving them plenty of empty cupboard space, ensuring the only food in the fridge is the one of our welcome hamper and making sure everything is working correctly and is sparkling clean so that when you arrive, the property will feel like instant home to you too. There are no two properties alike, nor are there two guest exactly alike but we do trust we will have the right home for you. Nuestra pequeña agncia fué creada por Karin Wallis, mitad inglesa y mitad sueca ha vivido casi toda su vida en Madrid y Nono de Barco, 100% Sevillano hasta la médula, ha vivido en Sevilla toda su vida. Creamos esta empresa dado que queríamos hacer algo diferente: transformar la acogedora casa de un propietario a una propiedad para alquilar manteniendo la magia y el encanto que los propietarios metieron en ella pero a su vez adecuándola para que sea cómodo para nuestros clientes. No hay dos propiedades iguales, ni hay dos clientes exactamente iguales pero confiamos en tener una casa de su agrado.
