Inglés: 95m² apartment on the 5th floor with elevator (6 steps to the elevator access). Two bedrooms: Master bedroom with king-size bed convertible into two twins (1.8 x 2.0 m) and private indoor terrace. Secondary bedroom with two twin beds convertible into a king-size bed (0.9 x 2.0 m). Two full bathrooms: One private in the master bedroom. One for common use. Large living-dining-kitchen with: Smart TV with Movistar+ and Netflix. Free fiber optic Wi-Fi. Pedro is extremly nice and fair. From arrival to departure all have been perfect. And that beach 100 meter away - amazing for evening walk or morning run.

Me and my friend stayed in the apartment for 4 night, and we had an awesome stay. The apartment is spacious, clean and stylish. 2 balconies, well equipped kitchen and decent WiFi speed with Netflix. If I’m going back to Las Palmas, I will most definitely book this place again.

We (a couple and a 1 year old) stayed in this apartment for one week. The apartment was nice and clean and has a good location. The host was helpful and we had a nice stay.

L’appartement est vraiment très agréable et calme dans un quartier vivant. Il est très bien décoré avec tout l’équipement nécessaire (il y a même Netflix !). Il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un très bon séjour. Il est très bien situé à la fois découvrir la partie nord de la ville, aller sur la superbe plage de las Canteras (5 minutes à pied) mais également pour découvrir le reste de la ville (bus à proximité) et de l’île. Bref, nous recommandons vivement cet appartement et l’accueil et la réactivité de Pedro et Claudia ont été parfaits (nous avons eu un problème de Wifi qui a été résolu dans la journée).

This apartment is absolutely beautiful. It was outstandingly clean, really well equipped, and so well decorated (so much so my daughter started to look for similar items for her own house!) The location is central, in a pedestrian street, and really close to anything you could want in your holiday - beach, restaurants, shopping, and easy links to other areas of the island. The hosts were so accommodating and welcoming. Quick to respond and help us with anything we needed. We could not thank them enough. We could not have asked for a better place to spend our Christmas holiday, and feel lucky to have had the chance to stay here. Highly recommended for anyone looking to go to Las Palmas. We also hope to get a chance to return soon!
