这是第二次住Nan的房间.干净、时尚、整个大楼都特别安静，安全.屋顶泳池漂亮的没话说，物业人员和保安大叔们都会微笑😊有一种回家的感觉！而且离曼谷国际医院特别近，适合老年人边旅游、边做体检，长期度假！周边的商店特别多！下次还要来！

The host is very unresponsive, he didn’t reply to us until we landed in Phuket and he told us we had to stay in another of his flat. The flag was fine but the bedsheets were really stained and the towels smelled. There was no soap in the bathroom and no plate rack in the kitchen. Overall, it was fine but there are a lot of things to improve.

The host isn't available at all, We stayed for 3 weeks and there wasn't a cutting board for cooking, the pan was in a bad condition and we got just 2 towels and 1 of them was torn. We didn't get anything we asked for. We had 2 different reservation in the same building, after the first week we found out it was the same apartment, even then when we asked from him to update the guy that collected the deposit, that we staying, no answer, we had to go manage it ourselves. The building is great and the rooftop is amazing, we really enjoyed from it, it's a pity that the host don't answer or say ok, but nothing happens

체크인 한달 전에 보낸 메세지에 대한 답장이 3일정도 늦게 도착함. 이것을 제외한 커뮤니케이션은 문제가 없었음. 나는 10일 숙박중에 에어콘 수리로 인해 다른 방으로 집을 옮겨야 했음. 그리고 옮긴 집도 에어콘에 물이 떨어지는 이슈가 있어서 2대의 에어콘중 한대만 이용함. 위치는 올드타운과 멀지 않은 위치. 그러나 올드타운을 이용하려면 택시나 오토바이 렌트가 필요함. 여행자들이 주로 가는 해변과는 거리가 멈. (현재 푸켓섬 반대편으로 가는 가까운 길이 통제되어 있음.) 세탁기는 낡았고, 1층의 수영장 때문인지 빨래가 잘 마르지 않아서 주변의 런듀리샵을 이용함. 발코니에 비둘기가 많음. 새똥에 대한 대책이 필요함. 주변에는 맛있는 레스토랑과 식당이 많음. 그들은 좋은 가격에 음식을 제공함. 밤에 시끄럽지 않고, 여유로운 일상을 즐기기에 좋음. 근처에 카오랑 전망대가 있음. 조깅코스로 좋다고 생각함. 14층의 운동공간과 휴식공간, 수영장의 퀄리티가 아주 좋음. 종합적으로 아주 좋은 가격에 좋은 휴식을 가질수 있었음. 몇가지의 불편한 점을 제외하면 아주 만족스러운 숙소라고 생각함.

when we booked the place when it was free to cancel, the host never mentioned about you need a deposit to the key and ITS THE ONLY place that asks for it during our two week vacation in Thailand among 4 different places. in the description it says the room has an Iron so naturally I asked the host for it but he didn't respond after 2 times of asking and ended up telling us yo ask another staff whom I thought it was only a check-in staff (turned out you need to get it yourself from the staff and its not in the room) at the end when we tried checking out, the other staff didn't answer our calls and it was only around 9 am so we had to call the host and he could only refund my deposit back on Airbnb. ( I gave them cash as deposit and its annoying if you ask for it and you can't give it back in the same way) the room was okay but doesn't have soap and laundry powder. I found hair on the bed
