Before booking I sent message to confirm about parking for rental car and clothes dryer. Nicky said yes to both questions. When we arrived at the condo the sewerage smell from the bathroom was covered up with deodorant but was still very bad. We had to leave the light and fan on 24/7 for the whole 3 weeks we stayed to make the smell bearable. There was 3 light bulbs not working and the internet was slow and often didn’t work. After a few days I sent message to ask about clothes dryer, but Nicky didn’t reply for 2 days and I kept sending messages. Eventually Nicky said the washer and dryer were together, ie, like 2 in 1 machine. After a few messages Nicky said the spin cycle of the washer is considered a dryer in Thailand. I felt that he lied directly to me when I asked about dryer before booking. There was no weekly servicing or cleaning of condo or replacing bedding or towels. After 1 week we were forced to buy new bedding. Also, there is no way to clean condo because there is no broom or vacuum. In conclusion, A month ago we stayed in the same building, but in a different condo and we had servicing every week and no smell. I would avoid Nicky’s condos.

Great space! Looks just like the pictures. Close to everything you need, just a little hard to get taxis sometimes unless you call them. Incredible and sweet host!
