Front desk people don't speak English. The person that checked us in was very unhelpful & didn't know anything about AirBnB. He claimed to not know the owner and didn't want to even check with the owner who was right on the property (as we found out later). We called the contact number in app & that was a London, UK number. Luckily, the owner's wife picked up & called the owner who showed up to tell the front desk people to check us in. TV & WiFi did not work, only one towel was provided & took 30 minutes to get a second towel. Suggestions if you decide to book here: - Speak to the owner via app ahead of time to make sure front desk knows - bring a towel - have your own wifi hot spot - have global calling activated on your phone On the positive side, the view from the lake front rooms is phenomenal.
