The location is beachfront, but on the ground floor and not very clean surroundings. Handy to restaurants. But the bathroom made the whole place smell and needs re sealing or something. I’m not usually very fussy, but this place needs some TLC. Eriola was helpful. Place is a bit hard to find even for taxi. But driver was great and we eventually found the place. If this place was given a bit of love in the future it might be worth the money.

House is straight to the beach, location is perfect it has a loot of trees and green , bars and restaurant as soon as you walk out ( but would prefer to avoid eating in both of them, no worth the money). House was ok, host did call several times to know if all was ok. Kitchen needed a deep clean, especially utensils, plates and pans. Count cook at all, and fridge was moldy. Toilet also needed a good deep cleaning, but was usable, hot shower and water was ok. House had all you need, incl. towels, sheets etc... and mosquito nets in all windows. lovely patio and great view, you could have breakfast, with sea view. Parking is safe and there is someone looking after property.

Purtroppo per motivi di linea telefonica in Albania, non siamo riusciti ad avvisare l'host del nostro arrivo che è stato in ritardo di un'ora su quello annunciato ( ore 17.00 anziché ore 16.00)Per questo motivo non ci ha accolto nessuno e le chiavi dell'appartamento ci sono state consegnate dal ristorante accanto all'alloggio. Fin qui niente di male, se non fosse che, purtroppo abbiamo trovato l'appartamento sporco (panni sporchi lasciati nella lavatrice, frutta marcia e decomposta nel frigorifero, peli nel lavandino del bagno, piano cottura e lavello della cucina in pessimo stato), aria condizionata non funzionante, perché, nonostante la sostituzione delle pile dei telecomandi gli stessi erano completamente ossidati (c'erano 40 gradi!) Bidone della spazzatura pieno. Se l'ho at fosse stata presente, avremmo potuto confrontarci ... che dire una brutta esperienza, assolutamente non consigliato.Peccato perché l'appartamento situato direttamente sulla spiaggia, gode di una splendida vista! Anche se sul retro dell'edificio alloggia indisturbato un campo di ... nomadi!
