New apartment close to Lake Annecy and to the town of St Jorioz. Enjoy a magnificent view of the mountains from the terrace. Bike path just down the apartment. Lake 5min by bike or 10min on foot. All shops a few minutes on foot or by bike. Access to Annecy by the cycle path (9km along the lake), 15min by car, or even by bus (direct line for the train station). Independent access via an outside staircase. Entrance into the living room with sofa, wifi, TV, dining table, open kitchen: vitro hob, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle... Please note: there is no oven. Double bedroom (queen size bed 160x200) with bathroom and closet. Bed linen and towels included. Travel cot and booster seat available on request. Separate toilet, washing machine and drying rack. 9sqm terrace (with table and chairs) adjoining ours, visually separated from ours so that you can feel at home. --- Summer activities: On foot or by bike: beautiful sand beach (with snack bar, restaurant, beach volleyball, playground, changing rooms...), pontoons that make the lake famous, sailing club, pedal boats rental, stand-up paddle, sailing, wake boarding, kayaks..., scenic walks (harbour, lake and forest paths), tennis, beach tennis, padel, and indoor tennis court. Access all around the lake to many hikes, summer and winter. Winter activities: Semnoz family ski resort 30min away (downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sledding...). Major ski areas less than an hour's drive away: Grand Massif, Grand Bornand - La Clusaz, Espace Diamant... Chamonix and Mont Blanc at 1h20. Annecy, its canals and medieval streets 15 minutes by car. And of course the nearby lake which remains magical in all seasons!
