This was a great stay in San Juan! The place has such potential to be BEAUTIFUL! The architecture is beautiful , high ceilings, large windows & natural wood. All the amenities. Large comfortable couches, versatile for sleeping, extra blankets & sheets in the tv cabinet. Fun artwork that make the space feel homey. The location was 5/5! Given the fact that the Main Street of bars is only one block away the sound of the nightlife was less than expected. However the sound of the pigeons must be addressed. The balcony was fabulous minus the excessive pigeon activity and feces! Overall the space needs a deep clean excessive dust on fans. The shower is terrible, inconsistent temp & about 2x2 ft small. Parking can be stressful! The host was very communicative & helpful with providing a parking garage & warned about fines for parking on the street. Only residents have permit to park on the street. At times the parking lots were full. Considering options available you will not be disappointed.

Amazing stay in old San Juan! The apartment is spacious, lots of light and beautifully decorated. It’s so close to everything and has everything you need to spend as long as you want in San Juan. Only note is that San Juan parties all night so if you’re a light sleeper, bring some earplugs haha Overall, 5 stars and I’d highly recommend it to anyone. We will be back!

We had a wonderful experience at Los Balcones. We’ve been to Puerto Rico several times and this was the best location we’ve stayed in, with ocean views and old world charm. There was always a lovely ocean breeze and we never felt hot. We had a large vehicle and arrived after midnight so we had to park at La Puntilla parking lot, down the hill. But it was only $3 per day to park. We bought groceries for breakfast and lunch. The area is safe enough for our teens to explore on their own. There is a grass patch across the street that they kicked a soccer ball around in a few times. It was really the perfect location for a family. And Inaru was responsive immediately every time we messaged with a question. I highly recommend this place and will definitely stay here again!

This location was exactly as described as well as what was shown on the photo. We only stayed for one night with a family of five and felt very comfortable. The location of this Airbnb is in a very excellent location and within walking distance to all the top locations. I highly recommend this location and look forward to coming back in the future.
