Their place was very clean and they were very respectful of privacy, however the rental is listed under "entire rental unit" and as that is technically true the "apartment" is in their basement of the home they live in. At times it felt awkward or felt we had to be more quiet then we would have been normally as it got later with tv and such. If you dont mind having the host live above you and possibly running into them, this is a great place, however if you want the entire rental without ever seeing the host, as some people prefer, i would not book this air bnb. They were very nice, it was just not what we wanted or expected.

Had a really good stay. Fast wifi, well stocked kitchen. Super comfortable Airbnb. Easy to get around on the bus! Highly reccomend.

I'm really glad that we found Kurt & Sarah's apartment for our weekend stay. The location is very convenient. Walking distances to trails, restaurants, and grocery stores. The apartment is clean and cozy. We would recommend this to anyone coming to Duluth!

Great place. Owners are friendly and engaging. Sarah went out of her way to accommodate a specific need I had related to allergies and was very responsive. Great place to focus on work. Would definitely stay again on a return trip.
