Mr. Ford was very kind, responsive and accommodating. My fiancé and I were attempting to do travel healthcare work but unfortunately, the licenses did not go through. He allowed us to push the rent start to a later date and was very accommodating when we decided to leave because of the lack of license. He’s also very responsive and flexible with check in and check out. There is also a beautiful river near the area and the unit is in the back of the house which gives it a nice and private space. Thank you Mr. Ford.

Charlie was a great host & quick with communication. check in was easy. Description is right, its an old house. It was clean though. We had 1 incident with a bug, but when notifying Charlie he came right over & did some extra exterminating. He also said it was weather related. The location is great for being close to downtown, although it is about 2 blocks into a little less nicer of a neighborhood.

I’m a travel RN and this air bnb was perfectly convenient to the hospital and everything else rome has to offer. Charlie was an excellent and very responsive host, he answered any questions I had and was quick to help if I needed it. It was the perfect spot for my 3 month stay!

Great place! I was at this property for 2months and it had everything I needed. Mr. Charlie responds back quickly with any concerns/needs. If you are staying in Rome or any of the near by cities, I highly recommended staying here as it close to shopping center, grocery stores and restaurants.

Great spot in the heart of everything. Close the the hospitals (my fiance and i are travel nurses). Very responsive hosts. We stayed here for 6 months and had no complaints!
