Maria was an amazing host! She’s was so welcoming and met us when we arrived! She had lots of helpful information and I knew I could always reach out to her if I needed anything at all! I would highly recommend Maria and her adorable space :)

Mariateresa’s place was exactly as described! Close by to the Intendente station - lots of transit options (including the famous Tram 28) and even walkable distances to many of the central places. She was also really accommodating and let us drop off our luggages early prior to check-in while she was cleaning the place. This was super helpful so we could start our planned activities early :) She even got us a box of pastel de natas as a welcome gift which was super nice! The only remark we had is that the bathroom did have an odor so we always kept the door closed but we noticed that this odor comes from any of the bathrooms in Portugal (common in Europe due to their sewage system). Overall I would definitely recommend Mariateresa’s place for a short trip in Lisbon - has everything you need for an amazing stay! *FYI: there are a few staircases to climb to get to the apartment so definitely be careful if you have any mobility issues as you have to carry your luggages up/down.

Mariateresa es la mejor anfitriona que he tenido. Nos ayudó con las maletas (un tanto difícil subir las escaleras si vas con un niño y maletas), nos dio muy buenas recomendaciones. Siempre estuvo atenta no solo lo que necesitáramos en el apto, sino en todo. Nos obsequió vino y mecato. El apto es muy tranquilo. Cuenta con supermercados y restaurantes alrededor

I loved staying at Mariateresa's place! It's a super cosy and stylish attic nook that makes you feel right at home. It's bright and quiet, has an AC, and all that you need for a city trip. The bed is very big and comfy, and shower good pressure and hot water. Complimentary tea/coffee are provided, and the place is sparkling clean. Location is fantastic, it's a 20-25 minute walk to the strict Lisbon center and only a few minute walk from the metro station and the famous 28E tram stop. Mariateresa is a dream host, very engaged in making you feel welcome. She allowed for a luggage drop off which was super handy so I could enjoy exploring Lisbon hands free. She gave me a number of local recommendations, also the ones off the beaten tourist path. Overall a great experience and will definitely stay again if ever back in Lisbon.
