The apartment is very dated / old, although in a perfect location – a stones throw away from the beach, live saving club, local restaurants and supermarket. No mention of the construction next door which is the majority of the view. The parking / garage space provided is only suited to compact cars Whilst advertised ‘no linen’ this was an inconvenience RBR’s instructions and comms made check in and check out easy

Great apartment. Clean & Kitchen is well equipped. Fabulous location and views. Apt located across the road from beautiful Kirra beach, easy stroll to cafes and Coolie. Bring your own toiletries as no complementary welcome back provided apart from a very small carton of milk in the fridge and a tiny bar of soap in the bathroom. There is currently building work directly across from the apartment which we were not made aware of when booking. This cannot be heard from the bedroom but it does spoil the enjoyment & use of balcony and views during the day due to noise from 6.30am all day and on weekends. Its a very large apartment block being built so I imagine will be for some time. This did not spoil our stay & it may well be reflected in the price in comparison to other apartments but it would be good to be made aware before booking as there was a no refund policy on this apartment.

All lovely - everything you need in the flat for your stay. Brought linen as expected. It’s very simple and basic, hence the price and be aware there is lots of building work around at time of writing this. Great location, communication - we loved it!

Great views Nice neat unit Good if you're looking to save but this is not a fully ready to go unit, maybe just be prepared to bring toilet paper, your own plates and linnen, towels etc...
