We had a wonderful stay here ! The huge property, pool, and river access were a big hit for our group (7 kids, 6 adults) The house had tons of space, we really enjoyed the common areas especially the pool table. The AC in the house was very comfortable and strong. The house is close to La Fortuna town, about 10 minutes- was easy to get into town and out and about in our rental car. Laura and William were super responsive and helpful with biking activities and excursions before and during our stay. Much appreciated! Our only suggestions would be a little updating (floor tiles cracked) in the kitchen and some more intense cleaning of the bedroom curtains. Thank you for a wonderful time at your lovely home!

We enjoyed our stay. The pool was nice. The river behind the house was great for the kids to explore. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The gated home is great with little children running around. Some of the rooms stayed warm even with the air conditioner blowing cool, but the room was larger so I’m sure that was the reason. Pay attention to the contract and the directions they give you in the email. The pinned location on the app takes you about half an hour past the property. They tell you this, so it’s entirely on me for not remembering. The house over all is nice. It’s in a good location if you have a rental car. It’s seems dated a bit and maybe some maintenance could be done. The water in the showers didn’t drain well and there isn’t much ventilation. With that being said set your expectations realistically and just do your research. It’s the jungle so I’m sure bug droppings is a normal occurrence but not pleasant. Something is living in the roof, so you’ll hear it.

William and Laura were super helpful throughout the entire process! The house was beautiful and perfectly structured for our group of 8. Room to relax along with an ideal team gathering space. They also helped arrange all relevant food and activities, which made it much easier to just relax and have fun.

We were a group of 16 (8 adults and 8 children). Our stay was great! William and Laura were very responsive and patient while answering all of our questions. They arranged an ATV tour with Arenal ATV Wheels followed by an afternoon at Baldi Hot Springs as well as transportation back to Alajuela for us, all of which went smoothly! Ubers into La Fortuna were easy for getting dinner. The only reason we deducted a star (and would have preferred to only deduct a half star) was because the place is a bit dated. That being said, we found it reasonable for the price paid!
